We make sure our agreement customer gets their money's worth, and go above and beyond to show our appreciation for choosing us to maintain your equipment. Other companies use this as a sales tool, but that's not our main objective. We perform the maintenance that the manufacturer recommends, and we go a step further with things we have learned that will get the maximum life out of your systems. We will recommend certain services and accessories if we believe it will extend the life of your equipment or make your home more comfortable. So be very descriptive when telling your technician how your system has been operating, they are trained to make your home as comfortable as possible. Here is a list of services we perform on each visit:

A/C & Heat Pumps:

1. Clean blower compartment and inspect blower wheel.
*If blower wheel is really dirty to the point where it is putting a strain on your motor we will remove and clean it for no additional cost.
2. Clean condenser coil and inspect evaporator coil.
*If evaporator coil is very dirty we will recommend that it be cleaned but it is not included in this plan.
3. Flush condensate drain with bleach or vinegar, and flush with hot water and blow it out with high pressure nitrogen.
*If your drain backs up during your agreement at any time, that call will be free of charge to come out and clear it.
*Also if your system doesn't have a clean out installed on your drain, we will install one free of charge on your first visit.
4. Check all electrical connections, and make sure they are tight and corrosion free.
* If we see any corrosion we will clean the connection as well.
* If we see any damage to the insulation on any wire in your system we will repair that as well or replace the wire if necessary.
5. Check all capacitors and contractors to insure they are operating with in range, and we will recommend replacement if necessary.
6. Check amp draw on all motors.
7. Check amp draw on compressor.
8. We do an air flow test to see if your refrigerant levels are correct, opposed to putting our gauges on your system every time we come out. Checking the refrigerant charge with gauges every time is not ideal, first you loose at least 6 ounces of refrigerant each time because the refrigerant that enters the gauges cant be put back into the system so you will need to add refrigerant every couple years. Secondly it also introduces contaminates to your system as well which can shorten the life span. If the air flow test isn't within range then we will check with our gauges.
9. Check amp draw on electric heaters.
10. Check defrost on heat pumps and adjust timer if necessary.

Gas Furnaces:

1. Check ignitor for signs of cracking.
2. Clean flame sensor with wire brush.
3. Check heat exchanger with camera for signs of cracks and rust.
4. Check flu for any obstructions and vacuum if necessary.
5. Check temperature rise.
6. Check amp draw on inducer fan and blower. As well as capacitor on each.
7. We will visualy inspect flames and if it looks weak or not right, we will check inlet and outlet pressure of gas valve and adjust if necessary.
8. Check pressure switches and relays.
9. Check all electrical connections, and make sure they are tight and corrosion free.
* If we see any corrosion we will clean the connection as well.
* If we see any damage to the insulation on any wire in your system we will repair that as well or replace the wire if necessary.
10. We will watch your systems overall operation to make sure everything is running efficiently and safely.
